Bedroom 1: New box-spring emperor double bed 6’6″x6’6″, en-suite walk in shower, bath and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2: New box-spring super king double bed 6’0″x6’6″, en-suite shower, bath. Bedroom 3: New box-spring super king double bed 6’0″x6’6″, en-suite shower. Bedroom 4: Bunk Bed, en-suite shower.
 
All bedrooms have Air Conditioning (coin operated). There are fans in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. Please note that Bedroom 4 does not have a ceiling fan, but a freestanding fan can be provided if needed.

Please be advised this property is non-smoking and no pets are accepted. Free high-speed WiFi available. Outside: The outside terraces have a luxurious state-of-the-art deck level heated swimming pool with automatic pool cover, walk in steps, fibre optic coloured lighting, fresh water (no salt ozone treated) and separate shower room. This pool is one of the finest on the Island. Romantically lit tropical garden, totally private. Sun loungers with new towels provided and superb new Weber barbeque with terrace for al fresco dining. Patio area with dining table and chairs. Utility Room: Washing machine, double sink and drainer with door leading to large drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels are provided and changed once a week. Linen changed once a week. Cleaning once a week. Other: Dining Room with large 8 place dining suite. Study consists of large Regency style pedestal desk. Leather settee overlooking the 9-hole putting green and glorious panoramic sea views.

The Stunning La Mansion de Arcos Villa

As it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary this year, we were looking for somewhere special to stay to celebrate the occasion with our family, this Villa in Puerto Calero was the perfect place for us. It is just as described. It is stunning and immaculately presented. The pool was beautifully clean and pleasantly warm. The Putting Green was a lot of fun and the views from here spectacular. The location is ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday and a short walk to the Marina for shops, restaurants etc., The Bulldog pub and McSorley’s restaurant are to be particularly recommended for traditional English food (especially breakfast). The owners gave us great customer service together with good back-up from the managing agents at the property. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend to family & friends. We look forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful villa, well maintained – a real home

If you are looking for a quite peaceful holiday, away from the bright lights this villas location is perfect, the villa is beautifully kept with all the amenities of home, we were a family of 6 adults and there was enough space for quite times alone or fun times in the wonderful pool. We never cooked a meal whilst we were there, if we had the kitchen was well equipped. The beds and towels were changed twice in our 10 day stay. You could not fault the villa it was like being at home with a Mediterranean feel. the villa was a short walk from the marina where there were a good selection of well priced places to eat. I would recommend the villa for a great holiday.

Elegant and spacious with every facility under the sun. The written word struggles to do justice to this magnificent property. As a self-catering holiday experience my family will remember our Winter break at Villa La Mansion de Arcos with fond memories and a unified clamor for a repetition of the whole adventure. Every aspect of our stay was catered for with the design, facilities and ambiance of this perfectly located five-star property which also includes the views plus the magnificent yet selective up-market marina resort of Puerto Calero, all of which in turn were enhanced by the relaxing, peaceful yet convenient tranquility of the villas actual location. Technically, the villa was perfect, from kitchen to lounge areas, heated pool to in-house Wi-Fi and even extensive TV network provision throughout. No expense has been spared in providing this holiday experience with the stuff that holiday dreams are made of. Buy it, fly it and try it….you won’t be disappointed.

The views from the villa down to the Marina in Puerto Calero and out to sea were uninterrupted and in the other direction the dramatic back drop of the volcanos. The villa is in a quiet area, a few minute walk to the marina where there is a variety of restaurants, supermarket and upmarket shops, or a short drive to the more lively Puerto del Carmen if required. The master bedroom is huge with a wonderful walk in wardrobe, large bathroom and a lounge leading out to the upper terrace where there is a brilliant 9 hole putting green – it is as good as it looks in the photos and huge fun. The pool is a great size, lots of sun beds around and a super large bbq. Would recommend this villa for any ages as there really is something for everyone.

Amazing holiday

We booked this villa for one week, for our family of 6 (with a baby). It was an amazing place in a wonderful location, “Auntie Pauline” was so accommodating and Erica was also brilliant with the small issues we had (the safe wasn’t working and she came straight away to sort it for us). The pictures don’t do this place justice, I really can’t express enough how beautiful it is, the pool area in particular was stunning. We didn’t want to leave and would return in a second. Thank you Auntie Pauline! 🙂

Hi, we are Teresa and Musti Kara. For us, a dream has come true with the villa in Lanzarote. Teresa is originally from Lanzarote and she is delighted to share with you the best places and experiences of her special and wonderful Island. Musti is originally from Germany and has fallen in love with the island since his first visit in 2008.
